Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed. I just got a call from FrozenCPU.com. They confirmed that I got the purple cathodes instead of the UV ones, and that they were sending the replacements. I asked how I'd get the purple ones back to them, and they said "don't worry about it". They pulled themselves out of their rut. ResellerRatings will get a great review.
